So what’s in a name?

moraine \mó-ra¯n\ n (1789): an accumulation of earth and stones carried and finally deposited by a glacier.

But the company wasn’t named after a geological term - Moraine Music Group takes it’s name from a beautiful valley, Moraine Park, located in the scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. This area has been source of inspiration for many of Moraine’s staff and writers long before the company was created.
